deleting a project does not remove it from AS

This is a minor problem.

I created a simple JSF project and associated it with EAP 4.3 run time. I then deleted the project and created the project with same name but when I try to associate the same EAP run time, I can not go to next stage because it says "Project with name already registered."

Yes, deletion project from ws not unregistering it from server automatically.. You should remove it from server before deletion. And as far as I know this done specially. In order not to lost deployed application if for some reasons you removing it from the workspace.
