Shutdown and testsuite management

The shutdown command and testsuite management assume
it can control the server by looking up the MBeanServerConnection
using remote jndi.

In our case we don't have a remote jndi.

For the testsuite we could add jndi and remote jmx over http
but this doesn't solve the shutdown.sh problem.

I've got this working although there's still an open issue to do this
properly with JBASM:

For deploying/controlling tests, I've added an MBeanServerConnector that runs
over the http invoker.
