sorry, perhaps this is offtopic here...

i'm porting our apps from Orion to JBoss243/Tomcat323.

some our developers use HTML-Comments to comment unused Tags in their jsp-pages.
i.e: <!-- <html:hidden ... /> -->
this works with Orion but Tomcat executes the tag and many confusing things happen :)
did i'm right, that this behaviour is correct (like tomcat it does)?
