jboss3.0 ,jboss-web.xml & <ejb-local-ref>

Hi all
It it possible ,now, in jboss3.beta to include the <ejb-lical-ref> in Jboss-web.xml.In the last jboss-web.dtd It still possible . Or is there any how to work around this
