          You need to:

          1) Create a '.war' file with:
          - web.xml in the WEB-INF directory
          - JSP files in their repsective directories

          2) Create a '.ear' file with:
          - application.xml in the META-INF directory

          Example application.xml file:

          <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
          <!DOCTYPE application PUBLIC
          "-//Sun Microsystems, Inc.//DTD J2EE Application 1.2//EN"
          "http://java.sun.com/j2ee/dtds/application_1_2.dtd">

          <!-- The display-name element is required. -->
          <display-name>Hello World! Application</display-name>

          <web-uri>hello-world.war</web-uri>
          <context-root>/hello-world</context-root>
