The link that i have pasted above is the link to develop a very simple custom action. That custom action displays "hello world". But this example does not work on Tomcat 4. It displays a blank page with some doctype automatically added to the page. None of the static contents of the html of the original page are displayed in the browser. Even in the view source option just a doctype and an empty body is shown.I have checked the log file as well. There's no exception or entry in it. Can anybody tell me the reason.Thanx in advance.
