    Problem with https for Jboss3.25 and TomCat50 bundle

    Walter Fong Newbie

      I have a problem with configuring SSL https port 8443 using
      jboss3.2.5 and tomcat5.0 bundle
      1) I have created a keystore file
      My jbossweb-tomcat50.sar/server.xml's SSL entry looks like this:

      :
      :
      <!--SSL /TLS Connector configuration -->

      < Engine name ="jboss.web" defaultHost="localhost">
      :
      :

      When I start the Jboss server, the follow shows up on the server.log
      DEBUG [org.jboss.system.ServiceController] starting service jboss.web:
      service=Webserver
      DEBUG [org.jboss.web.tomcat.tc5.Tomcat5] Starting jboss.web:service=WebServer
      INFO [org.apache.catalina.startupEmbedded} Catalina naming disabled
      INFO [org.apache.coyote.http11.Htpp11Protocol] Initializing CoyoteHttp 1.1 on http-0.0.0-0%2F0.0.0.0-8080
      ERROR[org.apache.coyote.http11.Http11Protocol] Eerror initializing endpoint
      java.io.IOException: Cannot recover key

            Just a wild guess, but maybe you put in a password for you key?

            http://www.unlimitedftp.ca/help/TomcatSSL-CSR.jsp

            There should be some sort of tutorial you can follow...
