      hi everyone!
      every time i try to access to a JAAS secure Domain i get an "Unable to locate a login configuration" error
      i dont have any more ideas what to do. Can anyone help?
      my files look like this:

      //-----------------------------------------------------
      // jboss.xml:
      //-----------------------------------------------------
      ..snip...
      <security-domain>java:/jaas/bal_ims</security-domain>
      <enterprise-beans>

      <ejb-name>Fakultaet</ejb-name>
      <jndi-name>bal_ims/Fakultaet</jndi-name>

      <ejb-name>EntityPerson</ejb-name>
      <jndi-name>bal_ims/EntityPerson</jndi-name>

      </enterprise-beans>
      ..snip...

      //-----------------------------------------------------
      // auth.conf in {jboss_dist}/conf/mySQL_secure
      //-----------------------------------------------------
      ..snip..
      bal_ims{
      org.jboss.security.auth.spi.UserRolesLoginModule required;
      }
      . . snip . .

      //-----------------------------------------------------
      // auth.conf in ProjectDirectory:
      //-----------------------------------------------------
      bal_ims{
      org.jboss.security.auth.spi.UsersRolesLoginModule optional;
      };
      . . snip . .

      //-----------------------------------------------------
      // ejb-jar.xml:
      //-----------------------------------------------------
      . . snip ..
      <assembly-descriptor>
      <security-role>
      <role-name>entwickler</role-name>
      </security-role>
      <method-permission>
      <role-name>entwickler</role-name>

      <ejb-name>Fakultaet</ejb-name>
      <method-name>berechneFakultaet</method-name>

      </method-permission>
      <method-permission>
      <role-name>entwickler</role-name>

      <ejb-name>EntityPerson</ejb-name>
      <method-name>getName</method-name>

      </method-permission>
      </assembly-descriptor>
      </ejb-jar>

      //-----------------------------------------------------
      // roles.properties: (in JBoss/conf/mySQL_secure AND
      // in ProjectDirectory cuz i didn't knew where they
      // have to be)
      //-----------------------------------------------------
      username=entwickler
      bernd=entwickler

      //-----------------------------------------------------
      // user.properties (same)
      //-----------------------------------------------------
      username=password
      bernd=password

      so in my oppinion all is correct. Why can't it fint that auth.conf??
