Actually it should work like that, but you can use the commandButton only when it's surrendered by a form tag...

I am trying to do something like in fruits-selector example at:
In the example, table data is updated based on the selection on radio buttons. Here, the table structure remains the same, but only values are updated. But, in my case, what I am trying to do is based on the selection, the area -- where the table is in the example -- will be updated from different .xhtml file (part of html component - table, form, etc).
In other words, the part of the html has to be created with codes (for that particular area, binding), but this has to come from the .xhtml file.
Is is possible?
Any pointers would be highly appreciated.
you can use a4j:include to include some content from xhtml file now. What is your problem?
