We're building a secure web application we want to deploy under JBoss AS 4.2.3. The client needs X.5009 certificates to guarantee user/application security.

First of all, can anybody please confirm me that this JBoss AS 4.2.3 supports X.509 certificates? Where should I start in order to configure JBoss properly for this purpose?
