Is there a way to automatically synchronize two JBossMQ servers?

Why? I have two servers running - each with their own client processes (Providers & Subscribers). Between the two servers is an unreliable link. If the link goes down - for whatever reason - I want each server to cache new messages (persistant messages) and synchronize them when the link comes back up.

I know one can manually create subscribers/publishers that would do this, but I would rather first see whether someone else invented this wheel before.
