I need to set up a JBoss 3.0 MDB to receive messages
from a SonicMQ (3.5) queue. I wanted to do this by trying to follow the process scetched in this topic.
However, I could not find jboss-sonic.zip,
there was no such file at http://www.backsource.org/source/java/jboss/
Can anyone help me ?

Hi Calvin,
I noticed that you have SonicMQ working with Jboss3, which is something I am trying to do as well. I am just wondering whether you have the jboss-sonic.zip file for Jboss3 handy and can I have it please.
I downloaded it from the www.backsource.org site, but it gave me many compiling errors once I tried to compile it with Jboss3.0. I would really appreciate it if you can send me your working jboss-sonic.zip for jboss3 please.
Thanks,
Arek

Hi Pra,
Is it jboss-sonic.zip still there on backsource.org ? I could not find it. Is it available in any form ?
Thank you,
nitin
This thread contains valuable info, but the classes referred (packaged in a jboss-sonic.zip) seem to be no longer available.
I need to store the SonicMQ administered objects in the JBoss JNDI context, & think that a certain mbean (org.jboss.jms.providers.sonic.SonicMQProviderLoader) would help.
If someone can post it somewhere or send it directly, it would change my status from JBoss downloader to JBoss user (& make me very happy!).
Thanks,
udi
Hello,
may I ask to whoever managed to integrate SonicMQ with JBoss 3.0 to post me or to make available somewhere his solution ??
Many thanks,
Francesco.
