    EJB's ejbCreate() problem

    planet11 Newbie

      I use JBoss_2.4.4_Tomcat_4.0.1+ Oracle 8i

      I have a field in a table which type is float
      when I create a entity bean with CMP's ejbCreate() method

      the method setFieldName(DOUBLE fieldvalue)

      when insert a new record,
      if fieldvalue is 0, I saw the JAWS SQL always uses NULL to replace this field value
      if fieldvalue is not 0 it uses the original value

      How Can I let JAWS use 0 in SQL statement when fieldvalue is 0?

      or if I'm doing something wrong?
