ClassCastException from SpyQueue while deploying MDB

I'm trying to deploy a simple MDB to JBoss-3.2.1. It's throwing this:

12:11:36,765 WARN [ServiceController] Problem starting service jboss.j2ee:jndiName=local/CreateNewEmployeeMDB,service=EJB
java.lang.ClassCastException: org.jboss.mq.SpyQueue
at org.jboss.ejb.plugins.jms.JMSContainerInvoker.innerCreate(JMSContainerInvoker.java:474)
...

This really does not tell me where I should start looking. Does anyone have some suggestions?

If you want better messages, try 3.2.2RC1

It means it is expecting a topic, but you
provided a queue.

Look at
<message-driven-destination><destination-type> in ejb-jar.xml
<destination-jndi-name> in jboss.xml
