I am creating an ECommerce app to work in conjuction with an existing JBoss 2.4.3 app. I would like both to be deployed as separate EAR files.

Is JMS the best way to connect them so that they can send messages back and forth? JBossMQ?

I can implement them on the same physical server or separate. Whatever makes development faster.
