ReconnectIntervalSec not working

JBoss 3.2.1 on Solaris

I have an MDB configured to listen for messages on a remote JMS server. I bring the JMS server down for a a minute then back up.

The MDB does not get any messages therafter, though ReconnectIntervalSec is set to 10. Messages do get sent to the JMS Server however, as the queue depths increase.

Please advise.

Do you see any message saying it is trying to reconnect or
that it detected the connection was broken?

It did detect the connection was broken. I will have to run a test to give you the exact message.
