peterj Oct 28, 2008 6:44 PM (in response to cmi000)Actually, what is missing is the "Add a new application" button above the table that lists the web apps. This would make the functionality consist with how new data sources and destinations are added.

ips Oct 29, 2008 9:44 AM (in response to cmi000)The ability to add new WARs and EARs didn't make it into the 1.0 release. However, the feature has been added in trunk. If you want to give it a try, download a development build from http://hudson.jboss.org/hudson/job/embjopr/lastSuccessfulBuild/. As you guessed the Add button, is on the Resource type summary page, as it is for datasources, connection factories, etc.
