Is there anybody who can help me ?

I need a jboss-service like the war-deployer, who watchs a directory and when a new file will be putted in there, something must be done with that file.

I need it for a financial struts-application. When the database is unreachable, the in-/decreasing of money from one account to another account must be saved in a queue-file. So I want to do this with an XML-File and a JBoss-Service, so I can try to reach the Database from the MBean-Service.

It would be nice, if anybody can tell me how to do this.
