can't make tree applet work on the webconsole

I have just downloaded jboss-3.2.3RC1-jetty-4.2.14 and I was trying to use the web-console (I also tried with v3.2.2 ).

But when I call it (http://localhost:8080/web-console/), I don't get the left navigation tree (same problem with mozilla firebird). I can read that I get a class not found org.jboss.console.navtree.AplletBrowser on ie.
I have J2sdk1.4.2_02 plugin installed.

Does anyone faced this problem before or knows how to solve it ?

Yes a lot of people have this problem and I don't know what's the reason for it, it always has worked fine for me on both IE and Mozilla.

Try searching the forums to see if you can find any answers.

Anyone come up with any answers yet? I have also the same problem (my config: jboss3.2.3 prod, IE6 and j2sdk1.4.1_02). I have checked the forums but not found anything interesting.
