Jboss is shutting down after telnet session

Hi ,
we developed an eProcurement Project using JBoss-2.4.3_Tomcat-3.2.3.we started this server using telnet.when the telnet session is closed Jboss server is shutting down.how to run Jboss continuously.

we tried like this.

at now
./start &
<Ctrl+D>

this is working well.but we are not able to see the webserver console using tail -f nohup.out
please help me in this matter

I have two suggestions:
Either use

nohup ./run.sh &

OR

use the "screen" utility. With this you can "detach" from your telnet session without needing to stop the running programs.

BTW: Think about using SSH instead of telnet. Telnet is so unsecure !

Thanks for your reply,but the thing is i wrote start.sh like this
nohup sh run_with_tomcat.sh &
so,i am executing start.sh which already includes nohup

please let me know if i am wrong.
