Deployer - complains adapters "do not implement any Service

    Chris McCafferty Newbie

I've recently upgraded to JBoss 3.0.1
I'm running it 'out of the box' on Win2k. I wondered why you see these warning messages:
11:27:11,796 WARN [ServiceController] jboss.jca:service=XaTxDS,name=jmsra does not implement any Service methods

11:27:14,140 INFO [MainDeployer] Starting deployment of package: file:/C:/installed/jboss-3.0.1RC1_tomcat-4.0.4/server/default/deploy/jboss-local-jdbc.rar
11:27:14,233 WARN [ServiceController] jboss.jca:service=RARDeployment, name=JBoss LocalTransaction JDBC Wrapper does not implement any Service methods

11:27:14,421 WARN [ServiceController] jboss.jca:service=RARDeployment, name=Minerva JDBC XATransaction ResourceAdapter does not implement any Service methods

Now, I've seen this warning before when I've got a configuration file wrong (such as "MyDataSource-service.xml"), but should this happen as a matter of course any time you run 3.0.1? (I didn't see this on 3.0.0 incidently)

What does the warning "XYZ does not implement any Service methods" mean, by the way?
