jboss.xml container-configuration "extends" attribute. What

So I'm working with some multi-container security setups per the quickstart guide and I see the "extends" attribute is dangled onto the container-configuration but I can't find any documentation about what the "extends" attribute does exactly. In fact, unless I missed it, I don't even see that attribute defined for the jboss.xml DTD.

Anybody have a clue???

Are you talking about the ability to configure the container on a per ejb basis? This is done via an extends attribute in the jboss.xml file. Details are in the for pay admin guide. Buy it. Its well worth the $$.
