    Character Set and startup Problem

      Hi,
      in Win 2000, when i set current regional settings to Turkish(ISO-8859-9), i couldn't start Jboss2.x.
      i need Turkish characters support for my applications.

      if i use American(ISO-8859-1) as regional option, how can set Turkish character
      in jboss,application or their configuration files.
