I have downloaded jboss, compiled the template, activated the template with the client run. Everything is working...

I have worked with many web servers aside from this one and I have the dumbest question I am not able to find an answer for yet.

What is the URL to hit the index.jsp in the template?
What configuration files determine how the server knows where this build is(Where is my server.xml/application.xml/http-web-client.xml?!?)?

Would anyone please post an example, I was not able to find this information in the Getting Started Documentation. I'll keep looking, I have tried several combinations to hit the index.jsp and nothing is working.
