Tomcat integration. Could you tell me pros & cons ofthese two approaches?
The document does not mention anything about JBOSS installation itself except commenting of some files.

The instructions in the document posted above, will are more or less similar for both tomcat standalone and jboss-tomcat combinations. Hence they are not mentioned separately. The differences are mentioned in the comments.
This document assumes that tomcat/jboss-tomact had already been installed and it gives instructions on how to configure apache to this tomcat/jboss-tomcat. So ideally as a first step, u cd start with tomcat/jboss-tomcat install, then apache install, and then work on config the connectivity betwene the two.
