I did not see a "dumb questions" forum but this should be a legal configuration question: how do we specifiy the TZ for a JVM and/or the appserver? All the iron lives in one timezone but each application server needs a localized TZ reference. That is to say, the default appserver timezone is not the same as the box's timezone. Ideally we want to set the timezone for the JVM.
