You can cast your vote for this here: http://www.jboss.org/community/docs/DOC-11862. The most wished components are selected for implementation during next version planning.

Exadel offers Fiji (http://www.exadel.com/web/portal/fiji) . It is a JSF-Flex solution. As I know, the product had a long period of free subscription. However, I did not see the interest to it (based on the number of forum issue).
So, I suggest it is not rational to speak about spending time for creating yet another implementation in the scope of RichFaces.

        3. Re: graphs, charts feature requestyansii Feb 16, 2009 4:53 PM (in response to mikecolburn)I disagree. Tell me if I am wrong but there is no free JSF charting librairy which use flash charts.
What could make a differnce between all JSf implementation is the charting library. Seam has got a very good integration of JFreeChart but it is not flash :-(. For a chart, an images will never be as userflriendly as a flash chart.
There are so many article about FIJI that I do not think I am alone to believe that.
Can you tell us what charting JSF component can be used with RichFaces, please ?

Looks good. Why not this one is your choice? Wrap them up with Fiji's fiji:swf and it is done.
