4. Re: When will JBoss 4 be released for production environment
stefanfreyr Jun 15, 2004 5:59 AM (in response to gfzhang)This "issue with JSP compilation"... does anyone know what that is? We got JBoss/Tomcat 3.2.3 to work with JDK 1.5 by removing the "management" package from rt.jar. Then we noticed the problem with running the web console. At that point we switched to JBoss/Jetty 3.2.3 and then everything worked ok.
We'd like to be able to run JBoss on a "clean" JDK install but the web console in JBoss 3.2.4 doesn't work and when we looked for the Jetty version of 3.2.4 we didn't find anything. Does anybody know if/when 3.2.4 with Jetty will become available and if that's not something that's planned, is there any solution in sight for the JSP compilation problem?
