Two instances of JBoss 4.0 on same machine

I am trying to setup 2 instances of JBoss on the same machine.

I have read multiple posts, but none have had an extensive explanation.

I have begun trying to use the Services Binding Manager, but I am not really sure how it works, would someone please explain this to me, or point me in the direction of a complete example/walkthrough.

Also the admin guide has a section on this (chapter 10 "Running Two JBoss Instances").

Shouldn't be too hard to adapt for 4.0...
