I am unable to find any way of keeping existing deployments of applications when the server starts.

The server redeploys the applications each time on start up which means all the JSPs in my web app have to recompile.

Is there any way to start the server so that it uses the previously deployed version off the application as long as the ear file has not been updated in the deploy directory since the last start.
