I downloaded JBoss 3.2.3 and did some changes in the source then i build the server thru build.sh under build folder. Then i run run.jar under /build/output/jboss-3.2.3/bin/ folder. It works fine.

But when i copy bin, client, docs, lib, server folders under my configuration, and started the server, it doesn't reflect my new changes.
Why?
