I running jboss on redhat
and for starting the server I 'm using the following command:
sh -c all -b 192.168.3.66
what I wanted to know if there is some default that I won't have to give him the IP address.. (as it's working on windows) just
sh -c all
You can start the server the same way on Red Hat: run run.sh -c all
If you do not provide a bind address, the server binds to 0.0.0.0. See my post at http://www.jboss.com/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&t=98547 for an explanation of that that means.
If you tried this already and it did not work, there should have been an error in the console output, please post that.
