New Install Failed to find factory for event

I have a clean install of jboss that shows this error in the boot.log file. Anyone know what this is? or where it comes from?

Which version of JBoss AS and Java? Anyways, its a DEBUG message so you can ignore that.

jboss-eap-4.3
java version "1.5.0_16"

I agree it should be able to be ignored but it actually says "Failed" in the debug message. Any ideas on what could be causing a this or is it just a typo in defining the alert ?
