It says:

3. Finally you need to start your server with a -D flag and set the system property value. For example: %JBOSS_HOME%\bin\run.bat -Djboss.partition.name=Chris

And what about the "-c all" ?! (-c configurationName)

isn't it also supposed to be one of the parameters?!
