bmp on jboss3.0.6?????????

Does anyone know where I can find an example of implementing bmp and auto_increment on jboss 3.0.6 with the mysql database? I am trying with the new getGeneratedKeys from jdk1.4 but I keep getting errors for ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException.
Any ideas, please respond.

Get the latest JDBC driver for MySQL. Been using this feature for a year now without any problems.
