JBossMQ and the related container components require that destinations be prefixed with either "queue/" or "topic/" depending on the flavor.

It is minor, but causes some uneeded confusion/frustration for users. If a user wants to bind under that subcontext, then they should be free to, but we should not force the structure onto them.

If someone has some free time we should remove the prefix requirements.

This will simplify configuration and documentation as well as promote portablity.
