    jboss & IIOP

I'm wondering why jboss does not support IIOP as a communication protocol.
I don't think there is any technical reason that prevent this. Even if jboss creators don't want to go throu the CORBA skeleton and stub class creation (so to mantain the deploy process easy), jboss could always support CORBA via the dynamic invocation interface and the dynamic invocation skeleton.
So what are exactly the reasons? And beside isn't RMI/IIOP mandatory to achieve the j2ee certification?
