Hi All,
I've run into an issue where, after porting JBoss from Windows 2000 to Windows 2003, it takes *forever* to get even 10 minimum connections from a remote database.

There is no firewall ... and it eventually gets me those connections; however, in the mean time, the user waits.

Has anyone else seen this? Is there a solution?
