There doesn't seem to be very much information on the web about BuildMagic. It seems like it is part of JBoss and has evolved from it because its project page on SourceForge (http://sourceforge.net/projects/bliss) states "Moved to JBoss project as JBoss/Common."

I sort of have an understanding about what BuildMagic offers, but what is it now? How did it begin as one project, and now is part of JBoss?
