Xdoclet version

Im having problems compiling from the CVS tree. I have downloaded xdoclet, but I'm seeing that the latest xdoclet jar file does not have a class structure that is compatible with the build docs (specifically references to JMXDocletTask the buildfragments). My xdoclet.jar file lists JMXDocletTask under xdoclet/JMX, not xdoclet/modules/JMX. Am I missing something?

What is the xdoclet version that I should be using?

1.2 beta I believe - it has .modules. in the package hierarchy.

I am using xdoclet version 1.2 beta. It has the new structure.

This is odd - I just got the jar files, put xdoclet-jmx-module.jar on my classpath, and still no dice.

Is the classpath getting set somewhere else?
