Release Notes?

I just noticed that a 3.0.6 version is up on the sf.net files page. Are there any release notes available? Why is there no announcements in the "News" forum? Is there a mailing list whose traffic contains this sort of thing?

This sort of thing is essential to an open source effort. I'm not sure if I should upgrade or not. How do I know if I'll suffer data loss if I stick with 3.0.5?

Come on JBoss-guys! You have free email list capabilities at sf.net! Just create jboss-announce and we'll be happy.

And dropping a note in your own "News & Annoucements" forum wouldn't hurt. The last message in there is still from Sept. of 2002. This seems like a clear responsibility for the person in charge of the releases.

You can subscribe to release notifications. Use the little email icon under the "monitor" next to the release package on SF web site.

I have release notifications. This is not the same as "release notes". It's important to have information when deciding whether or not to undergo the 3.0.5-to-3.0.6 upgrade.

Again, I ask: what has changed?!
