    calling local EJBs from an MBean

    scothall Newbie

      When I try to call a local EJB from an MBean, I am forced to add a prefix of "local/" to the bean that I am trying to invoke. Is there any way to change this behavior?

      Code Example:

      MyLocalHome home = (LocalHome)naming.lookup(local/BeanName);
      MyLocal bean = home.create();

      Config Example:

      <session>
       <display-name>Local Bean</display-name>
       <ejb-name>BeanName</ejb-name>
       <local-home>myPackage.MyLocalHome</local-home>
       <local>myPackage.MyLocal </local>
       <ejb-class>myPackage.MyLocalBean </ejb-class>
       <session-type>Stateless</session-type>
       <transaction-type>Container</transaction-type>
      </session>

      Can anyone help me out?

      Thanks!
