I am facing compiling problem while compiling EJB bean using

I am geting compilation error with javac for import javax.ejb.* while compiling ejb bean with j2sdk1.4.1_02 please help me and tell me in which jar file javax.ejb.* is present.

It is probably the jbossall-client.jar from the client folder that you require for the missing classes.
