I am looking for information on how to write code that when deployed to JBoss it will automatically start running or at least wake up at specified intervals and run.

I have bean written that will hit an XML (web)server and and store the data in a local database but currently it will only run when I manually tell it to. I would like for this to run when JBoss starts then every hour after that.
