redeply a bean

Hello,

being quite new to JBoss, currently the only way I know how to redeply a bean we have (a .ear file, which contains a .jar and a .war, an application.xml and MANIFEST.MF) is to stop and restart JBoss. Obviously this is not the way to do it! I believe it can be done with Apache Ant? Could someone give me some examples either way?

All you need to do is replace the currently deployed ear with a newly created ear.

JBoss will automaticaly undeploy the old ear and deploy the new one.

The only thing you might want to do with ant is automate the copy as part of your build process.
