I was able to do this in older JBoss versions, but now, I can't seem to get it to work. It only works if I have the mysql-connector.jar file already in the deploy or lib directories.

How do I get it so that this file is added to the applications 'classpath' first so that my included -ds.xml file sees it?

It is saying:
"Apparently wrong driver class specified for URL"
