Attribute handler on ServerPeer

It seems that handler from ServerPeer is not used anywhere.

Apparently we are now using Remoting through its own definition as a MBean.

So... is there any reason to keep this attribute?

It got me confused today as I was expecting the attribute corresponding to the actual Remoting Handler instance, and it only had null values as it was not used anywhere.

Yes, it looks like it's defunct.

It shouldn't be null though. It's set in initializeRemoting():

handler = new JMSServerInvocationHandler();

I meant values inside handler. Things like serverInvoker, callBackHandlers... everything was null.

I have removed the property from HA branch. I will double check the change when we merge.
