jboss-app.xml required for isolation

I assumed it's a bug. At the moment only setting isolated to true in ear-deployer-beans.xml on JBossAppParsingDeployer will not isolate EARs.

Fixed. The testcase is org.jboss.test.deployers.ear.test.JBossAppParsingDeployerUnitTestCase
