Cayenne and Maven

OK, yes I know I'm getting to be a pain, and I apologize for that.

SP2 never made it into the maven2 repository, and I don't see SP3 either. Could we get those added in there?

I'm actually using Ivy, not Maven, but Ivy uses maven repositories so (not) maintaining the maven repository still affects me.

agreed, this would be very handy especially since we're building some stuff that's going to have multiple build profiles against different versions of jbosscache / jgroups

we're also using Ivy
