Sybase DataSource properties

I am trying to set the CHARSET_CONVERTER_CLASS property for a Sybase DataSource in JBoss 3.0.0.
I have tried using the config-property tags but I get an error telling me that a setter does not exist. Does anyone know how I can set this property?

Config properties only works with 3.2 and 4. In that case I recommend using the -ds.xml format files. There is no way to set additional connection properties such as char set etc in 3.0.0 and 3.0.1
